Our Mission
To be the Salt and Light of Jesus by helping individuals in the darkest times of their lives, to providing a pathway to a Christian based education, and by being the hands and feet of Jesus to a world that desperately needs to know him.

Christian Based Education (Scholarships)
Proverbs 22:6 “Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.”
As parents we want what’s best for our children. For them to be raised in a loving home, to be well fed physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is our duty as Christians to raise our children to know the Lord and to teach our children to discern for themselves as they grow what the Lord’s will is for their life. No matter the career path the Lord is having them pursue we are all commanded by Jesus himself to make disciples of all nations.
The Drew Bear Foundation is poised to help make that a reality by providing a scholarship to families that otherwise would not have the opportunity to receive a Christian education due to financial limitations. This is our way of making disciples and fulfilling the Great Commission. See Matthew 28: 18-20.

Helping Individuals In The Darkest Times Of Their Lives
Psalms 34:18 “The Lord is close to the broken-hearted; He rescues those whose spirits are crushed.”
John 16:33 “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”
Our purpose is to show the love of Christ by providing financially for funeral expenses for their child/children that have passed away. During what will be the worst moments of your life the last thing you want to concern yourself with is how am I going to pay for my child’s funeral.
The Drew Bear Foundation was created out of such a moment. Our son Andrew Lance (We call him Drew Bear) was called home due to a car accident on October 23, 2024. This foundation is meant to be an everlasting reminder of Andrew and his love for Jesus. Andrew was 8 years old when he met Jesus face to face. Although his life was short it was as long as our Father in Heaven ordained for it to be, and he lived it to the fullest. Although he is now in Heaven and not on this earth with us anymore. His legacy will live on by honoring other children that have been called home to the father and to help the loved ones that are left behind to grieve and not to be worried about the financial impact.

Jesus himself calls all of us to make disciples of all nations. Some are called to go and literally be the hands and feet bringing the message of hope and salvation to a fallen world. Others are called in a more subtle way. Maybe its providing financial support to a worldwide cause or supporting your local soup kitchen by volunteering from time to time. The Drew Bear Foundation firmly believes in the Great Commission and doing our part.We want to be financially and boots on the ground ready to bring the hope of Jesus to a fallen world in whatever format we are called to.
